How to Enter

Entering The Care Awards is your opportunity to recognise the individuals, teams and organisations making a real difference across health, social care and wellbeing. Whether you are applying for your own organisation or nominating someone whose work deserves to be celebrated, we want the process to feel simple, inclusive and meaningful.

To enter, choose the category that best reflects the achievement, impact or contribution you would like to highlight. Complete the entry form with as much relevant detail as possible, including clear examples of the nominee’s work, achievements and the difference they have made. Strong entries are specific, honest and focused on real impact.

You may enter more than one category if appropriate, but each submission should be completed separately and tailored to that category. Before submitting, please check that all information is accurate and that your entry meets the application rules.

Once entries close, all eligible submissions will be reviewed as part of the judging process. Shortlisted finalists will be contacted directly, with winners announced at The Care Awards celebration.

We encourage nominations that reflect the compassion, dignity, excellence and community spirit at the heart of care.
